Ocean Outdoor is committed to minimising harm to the environment wherever possible. Internally we are focused on trying to discover new initiatives to recycle material and reduce wastage in all areas of the business.

The aesthetic appearance of our advertising sites is of particular importance with regards to the wishes of the local community, and we have strict guidelines to ensure that the images and messages that our adverts convey are not wilfully gratuitous or offensive.

Banner Recycling
Gess Ltd, our main installation contractor for large format banners, recycle the banners after use. All the banners are cut into very small pieces and they are used to form sleeping policeman and the softer ground around children’s playgrounds. The demand for this is high, but Ocean are proud to note that their banners are being recycled in this way.
