The current economic climate is putting increasing pressure on local authority budgets.
Case Study: Hammersmith and Fulham Council
Ocean has worked with Hammersmith & Fulham Council to help supplement budget pressure by delivering new income streams into the council. After a detailed survey we identified advertising locations in non-residential areas of Council controlled land with high traffic counts. We then helped to consult other key stakeholders including Transport for London & The Highways Agency. Ocean handled the full project management from design, construction, installation to management of the content on a daily basis.
Ocean has delivered this landmark screen to a high quality and to an exceptionally demanding timescale. Working with Ocean as our partners has brought premium digital advertising into our borough. This has presented an innovative way for the council to generate much needed revenue and improve the local area. As public finance becomes more and more challenging I recommend the use of advertising in this high profile manner to any council.

Not only do these locations provide valuable revenue, they also enhance the local environment and provide a local authority with valuable free media space to promote cultural activities or the ability to interrupt for emergency announcements relating to public safety or transport issues.
