A seasoned industry veteran, Tom is a former CEO of several major international out of home media companies including CBS Outdoor’s International division, Viacom, Metro Advertising and Maiden Outdoor. He is also chairman of Airport Media, MarketingForce and is Vice President of FEPE International, the global trade association for OOH operators.
Tim specialises in media brand building and turnarounds, with first hand experience of leading businesses through private equity consolidation and exit and leading large business units within blue chip corporates. Tim has held senior roles in TV, radio and outdoor including CBS Outdoor, Viacom and Emap Advertising. Tim led the Ocean Group through an MBO backed by LDC and LDC's equity sale in 2014 to Searchlight Capital.
Stephen is responsible for the financial and commercial management of the group. He takes the lead on structuring landlord deals, legal negotiations as well as ownership of procurement, HR and IT. He helped lead the Ocean Group through an MBO backed by LDC, the acquisition of Signature Outdoor and LDC's equity sale in 2014 to Searchlight Capital.
He is a chartered accountant and winner of a BDO 'HOT20 FD'.
Mark takes responsibility for Ocean’s growing portfolio of assets and oversees the operations and development of key iconic digital locations in major cities across the UK and worldwide. A serial entrepreneur in the outdoor space, Mark was Founder and Director of Meteor Advertising, blowUP media and Portfolio Media Management.
Iain leads Ocean’s award-winning sales division. Under his tenure as sales director revenues have increased every year across the entire Ocean portfolio. Under his leadership Iain has created one of the best £ for £ sales team in the UK, leading to many industry accolades. Iain has extensive experience previously holding senior roles at JCDecaux UK and was one of the founding members of Van Wagner.
Richard presides over the marketing division of Europe’s fastest growing digital Out of Home company, delivering a multi-award winning performance at the premium end of the market. He has previously worked for a number of high profile advertising and media companies including Ogilvy and Mather, Scottish Television, ITV and JCDecaux Airport.
